"Contract" refers to the legally binding agreement formed between the Client and Oni Collection upon confirmation of a Booking, incorporating these Terms.

By accessing our website and using our Services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are accessing our Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Oni Collection reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. Such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All online reservation requests are subject to confirmation and availability. A Booking is not considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us, which will include details of your reservation and any relevant terms.
Payment details must be provided at the time of booking, and we reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed reservations. Any deposits paid may be non-refundable, as specified during the booking process.
You agree to pay all charges, including but not limited to taxes, fees, and surcharges, associated with your Booking. You acknowledge that additional terms and conditions may apply to specific bookings.

17. Linking to the Website and Social Media Features

You may link to our website, provided that you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
Our website may include social media features that allow you to share content with others. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policies of the respective social media platforms.

Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Arab Emirates, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

23. Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, including any dispute regarding the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
The arbitration shall take place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

24. Waiver and Severability

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and any failure of Oni Collection to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oni Collection regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
